How the job actually works
- Senior-only teams
- We do not staff engagements with juniors shadowing a lead. If you are here, you are accountable for something real.
- Depth over breadth
- Three technology areas, not twenty. You get to actually know them rather than skim.
- Client-facing by default
- You will be in the room where the decision is made, including the awkward ones about cost and scope.
- Certifications supported
- Time and funding for the certifications relevant to your work, treated as part of the job rather than evening study.
- Remote-first working
- Distributed by default, with travel to clients when the work genuinely needs a room.
- Explicit expectations
- What good looks like in your role is written down. Feedback is direct and frequent rather than annual.

Step 1
Introduction
A conversation about what you have actually built and what you want to be accountable for. No screening quiz.
Step 2
Technical discussion
We talk through a real problem from our work. You are allowed to say you would need to look something up.
Step 3
Working session
A paid, time-boxed session on something representative, so both sides see how the other thinks.
Step 4
Decision
A clear yes or no with reasons, quickly. We will not leave you waiting on a pipeline.
